Suitable candidates will be degree educated or of degree calibre and have 6 months minimum experience of working in a target driven/sales environment. You must possess certain attributes and have examples of competitiveness, money motivation, resilience, ambition and the ability to build solid, professional relationships with both your clients and candidates.

As an ideal candidate you would have experience of working in telesales, door to door sales, b2b sales, perhaps you have fantastic sporting achievements or you have an entrepreneurial flair?
