This Unique opportunity is working for one of the UK'S leading outsourced recruitment companies. Due to outstanding success they have put together a rapid growth plan by looking for TWO Business Development Executive / Account Manager.
The role as a Business Development Executive / Account Manager is:
*Wining new accounts
*Selling pay role services to recruitment agencies
*Account management
*Cold and warm calling
*Setting appointments and meeting clients face to face
*Business development, then managing each new account won
*Relationship Building
To apply for this role as a Business Development Executive / Account Manager you:
*Understand the recruitment market place or will have been in recruitment
*New business focused
*Good at managing and maximising accounts
*A bright and energetic self starter
*Be enthusiastic about selling and generating your own business.
*Will have worked to KPI's
