Girls Pe Teacher Maternity Cover
Hays Education are working on behalf of a School in the heart of the Thames Valley and are looking to recruit a Female PE Teacher. The role is to cover maternity and will last for approximately six months, starting in November.
The school is a popular and successful centre of learning where both students and teachers work to promote a positive ethos.
Ideal candidates that will be considered for this role will:
- Be an outstanding teacher of PE
- Newly Qualified Teachers will be considered
- Have successful experience of developing teaching and learning strategies to meet the needs of all pupils and their continuous improvement.
- Believe in the importance of effective teamwork and a collaborative approach, and be able to build supportive working relationships with colleagues both within and outside the department.
- Have successful experience of curriculum innovation and development;
- Have a sound understanding of school self-evaluation and how this can impact upon raising standards of achievement.
- Be committed to their own professional development and that of other staff within the department.
- Be inspirational, enthusiastic, dynamic, creative and strategic.
