Book Keeper Sage Line 50 Admin Assistant
A healthcare company based in East Berkshire is looking for an experienced Book Keeper - Sage Line 50 / Admin Assistant
It is an important role, which demands solid Accounting skills. There are a few other non accounting tasks that you would be involved in, and for the right person there is the opportunity to develop the role further.
You will be working in a office with 1/2 other people including an Operations Manager and the director and will be reporting to the owners of the company.
Skills Required:
- Experience of Sage Line 50
- High standard of IT literacy, excel in particular
- Preparing financial management reports including financial planning and forecasting
- Understanding cashflow management
- Trust worthy, honest, realiable, thorough
Duties Include:
- Processing invoices & payment to and from sub contractors & suppliers on a weekly basis
- Reconciling bank stmts
- Financial forecasting
- Producing financial reports
- VAT returns
- PAYE/NI payments
- Sage data input
This is a newly created role which has previously been done by one of the owners so we would be looking for some input from yourself and guidance on best practices around accounting/book keeping etc.
Experience of Sage Line 50 is essential.
Candidate must have experience of working entering Sage data single-handedly as well as a part of team.
Location: East Berkshire
Salary: £18,000 + depending on experience
