Job Details
A Planned Maintenance Contracts Manager is required to join our client on a temp to perm basis.
Responsible for the Planned Maintenance programme, including bathroom and kitchen refurbishments, and electrical re-wiring.
Working alongside another Contracts Manager, you will also have a team of operatives to support you in the delivery of the planned maintenance programme, encompassing properties across Berkshire and the surrounding areas.
Skills and Experience
Applicants must have relevant experience within a similar organisation, and hold a suitable building technical qualification.
Experience of effectively managing and motivating operatives to deliver work to a satisfactory standard with the defined time and budget constraints.
Must have a full driving licence and transport.
Other information
Required to start asap.
Temp to perm after 13 weeks.
