Asb Officer
Our client a well respected and established Housing Association are currently in the market to secure the services of an Anti-Social Behaviour Officer who has the ability to provide expert enforcement and support services to the tenancy management teams in dealing with anti-social behaviour instances.
You will effectively offer support to Neighbourhood managers to identify and investigate instances which may require prompt assessing whether legal action is required.
Duties will include serving notices for breaches of tenancy in relation to ABS, seeking injunctions, surveillance and evidence gathering and the preparation of witness statements and witness protection.
