2. Include repair info covering letter with a brief description of the fault, plus your return details including a telephone number and email address.

3. Once we have received your Xbox and diagnosed the problem we will contact you for a secure card payment using the make card payment button below.

4. Once the payment is received your repaired Xbox 360 will be returned to you by Royal Mail or Parcel Force, the same day of repair!
