Caremark (Slough) are seeking an experienced Domiciliary Care Manager.
You will have previous experience of managing a Care Service and will ideally be NVQ4 / RMA Qualified or working towards.

You will be responsible for leading and building the team, setting targets and objectives as well as playing a pivotal role in its development, whilst being part of ambitious growth plans.

You will require strong interpersonal and organisational skills as well as the ability to work under pressure.
Circa £30k per annum + Bonuses
