• 4 Star hotel recently refurbished and currently undergoing an extension.
• 1 Rosette Brasserie style restaurant which seats up to 90 covers.
• Conference and Banqueting for up to 140 covers.
• There is a brigade of 7/8 chefs.
• The Hotel is part of a great Group which currently has 6 hotels in various areas of the country.
• This is a live out position, but it is close to Winchester city centre.
• 24 days holiday and pension after 3 months as well as hotel group discounts.
• This would be a great position for an established Chef de Partie from either a corporate or private background looking for the next stage.
