Covering an area that includes Basingstoke, Aldershot, Guildford, Woking & Kingston the main duties include looking after a large portfolio of mainly commercial sites with a focus on implementing ,monitoring and controlling building cleaning operations ensuring that clients contract requirements are achieved and profitability targets are met.
The right candidate will have the ability to communicate concisely with good staff motivational skills .My client is seeking a candidate with strong practical experience from within the building cleansing industry
