The Job:

This role will fundamentally consist of building up client portfolios through cold calling and networking. You will also oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates, advertising, managing the interview process and acting as a mediator in negotiating a sale - the placement of your candidate!

They are seeking highly ambitious individuals with previous experience in sales who posses exceptional communication and selling skills. To be considered for this opportunity you must:

*Be of graduate calibre, with ideally a 2:1 degree

*Be motivated and driven by target orientated work

*Be confident and competitive

What we can offer:

The company runs a competitive commission scheme providing the opportunity to earn an average of £30-40k in year one, around £65k in year two and £100k+ in year 3! Further incentives range from group holidays to destinations like Ibiza and Las Vegas to company cars and Michelin star lunch clubs.
