You will be ambitious, honest, and reliable, have good communication skills and will be good team players
You will be able to run your own sections, and take charge of the commis and demi chef de partie
The ideal candidates will be able to fit within the kitchen brigade fairly quickly and will be able to run their own section efficiently within a month maximum
You will be from a similar background within a hotel or restaurant with accolades and are presently a good demi chef or chef de partie willing to gain more experience
You will be reporting to the head chef and sous chefs
The positions offer a good career progression within a quality establishment where the candidates will have the chance to learn and progress in his career, cook good quality food, use good fresh ingredients, and have the use of an herb garden and home grown vegetables
