Shift team leader is required for a private learning disabilities care home based in Hampshire. Our client is looking for candidates to be available for interview for assessment days from the 17th-22nd September.

Through applying agreed person centred plans and life skills programmes, support the service users to live a more independent life-style during the entire 24 hour period. You will be committed to the provision of a high quality service.

This is a "hands on" role and you will spend a large proportion of your time working directly with the service users. You will be responsible for supervising a small team of Support Workers in conjunction with the Senior Specialist Worker and ensuring that best practice is maintained.

Our client is looking for all applicants to hold the NVQ level 2 in Health & Social Care, candidates without this qualification will still be considered if they hold suitable levels of experience within a managerial position. It is essential that all applicants hold a minimum of 1 years experience as Support Worker within a care environment is essential.

Pay rates are negotiable on levels of experience and qualifications gained or working towards.
